The company was founded by Jacek Ciesielski. A graduate of the London School of Economics
and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, has worked as journalist, private entrepreneur,
the general manager of general manager of the Polish subsidiaries of Hasbro, and Fuji Photo Film.
Lately he has been sitting on supervisory boards of Travelplanet and Hoopla.
